A lot of people, especially young people, go though the day without having breakfast. Many people believe that it is not necessary, or they say that they don’t have time for that, and begin their day with no meal. I believe that everyone should eat breakfast before going to their activities. The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of breakfast, especially for students.
The first reason why you should eat breakfast before going to school is for your health. When you skip breakfast and go to school, you are looking for a disease because it’s not healthy to have an empty stomach all day long. It’s very important to have a meal and not let your stomach work empty. All you are going to get is gastritis and a lot of problems with your health if you don’t eat breakfast.
Another reason for eating breakfast is because you need food for to do well in your classes. You body and your brain are not going to function as good as they could because you have no energy and no strength. When you try to learn something and have nothing in your stomach, you are going to have a lot of trouble succeeding. A lot of people think that they should not eat because they are going to feel tired, but that’s not true. Breakfast is not a very big meal, and on the contrary, you’re going to feel tired if you don’t have breakfast because you have spent the entire previous night without food.
The last reason to have breakfast every day is because you can avoid diseases if you eat some breakfast in the morning. If you don’t eat, you are going to get sick, and these diseases will have a stronger effect on you because you’re going to get sick easier than people who have breakfast every day.
You have to realize that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and you cannot skip it without consequences for your health, your school and your defense mechanism. It is better to wake up earlier and have a good breakfast that run to school without eating anything. It is time for you to do something for your health, and eating breakfast is the better way to start your day.

Maldives is a island that near in Indian Ocean. The total area of Maldives is 115 square miles. The population on January is 328,536. the capital city of Maldives is Male. male is the largest city in Maldives. the language that people used is English and Dhivedi. The religion is Islam. most of the people is Muslim. The population the people that can read is 96%. there is also fishing industry. as you can see on the picture, the sea is so clean. So we don’t have to go inside to see the fishes or the surface. there is also restaurant under the water. the houses also above the water. So.. that’s all about Meldives. Why you don’t try to go there? Try do go there and you will see the real one… I will be sure that you like Maldives because so clean and you know the facts abut Maldives. Dont forget to go there with your family (if yoou already have family) because i think your child or children will like Maldives.
Today I found a friend,

This poem is all about how is best friend really care about us. I realize that if we have a best friend we have to appreciated our best friend. When i grow up, I want to be one of my favorite country pop singer, Taylor Swift. Taylor swift is American song-writer. She was born on December 13 1989. Besides singing, she can play instruments which are piano, guitar, ukulele and banjo guitar. The genre of the song are country, country pop, pop and pop rock.
I choose Taylor Swift because her voice is amazing. She also an actress. Her song also amazing. But, i don’t really want to be a singer i just want to be like her. Have a beautiful voice, amazing songs and have a good career. I still don;t know what did i want when I grow up. But i think I want to be a doctor 🙂
In Scotland, King Fergus of Clan DunBroch presents his young daughter Merida with a bow for her birthday. While practicing, Merida encounters a will-o’-the-wisp. Soon afterwards, Mor’du, a giant demon bear, attacks the family. Merida escapes along with her mother Queen Elinor while Fergus fights off the bear at the cost of his left leg. Years later, Merida has become a free-spirited teenager and an older sister of identical triplets: Hamish, Hubert and Harris. Her mother informs her that Merida is to be betrothed to one of her father’s allied clans. Reminding Merida of a legend about a prince who ruined his own kingdom, Elinor warns her that failure to marry could harm DunBroch. Despite the warning, Merida is dissatisfied with the arrangement.
The clans arrive with their first-born sons to compete in Highland Games for Merida’s hand. Merida declares she is eligible to compete for her own hand as the first-born of Clan DunBroch, causing a falling out between Merida and Elinor. After cutting the family tapestry in anger, Merida flees into the woods. There, the will-o’-the-wisps lead her to the hut of an elderly witch posing as a wood carver. After some bargaining, the witch agrees to give Merida a spell to change her mother; in the form of a cake.
Merida returns to the castle and gives Elinor the cake, causing her mother to transform into a large bear. With the help of her brothers, Merida and Elinor return to the witch’s now deserted cottage where they discover that the spell will be permanent unless undone by the second sunrise. The witch leaves Merida a riddle, mentioning that she must “mend the bond torn by pride.” The two begin to reconcile their relationship while Merida observes that the spell is slowly becoming permanent, as Elinor often loses control and acts like a bear. After encountering the wisps again, the two follow them to ancient ruins and discover that Mor’du was once the prince in Elinor’s legend, who received the same spell from the witch. Merida theorizes that she can reverse the spell by repairing her family tapestry.
At the castle, the clans are on the verge of war, but the princess quells their fighting and declares that the children should be allowed to get married in their own time. Merida then sneaks into the tapestry room with Elinor, who is losing control of her human self. Fergus enters the bed chamber and is attacked by Elinor until she regains human consciousness and races out of the castle in desperation. Fergus gives chase. With the help of her brothers, who have transformed into cubs by eating the cake, Merida rides after her father while sewing up the tapestry. The clan members and Fergus capture Elinor, but Merida intervenes just before Mor’du attacks. Elinor kills Mor’du by luring him under a falling menhir, releasing the prince’s spirit.
Merida places the tapestry over Elinor, but nothing happens. After breaking down in tears and reconciling with her mother, Elinor is transformed back along with the triplets, and the family is reunited. A few days later, the clans depart for their respective lands and Merida and Elinor ride their horses together.
In a post-credits scene, the witch’s crow asks a castle guard to sign for a delivery of wooden carvings that Merida bought simultaneously with the spell.
